Event-ID 33 SideBySide Error on dispatcher servern

  

After the assigment of Microsoft patch KB 2507938 you will find entries with Error ID:33 Source SideBySide in application log.

This is caused when dispatcher services uses a CMD (console) and can lead to an OutOfMemory exception.

To solve the problem and avoid further impact there are two possibilities:

  • deinstall Patch KB2507938 or

  • install SP1 for Server 2008 R2
